Preliminary Evening Program   

There will be an entertainment tent next to the jetty at the yacht club. This tent will be used for the evening program, such as parties, get togethers, music nights and so on and will be open for all contest participants. In Finland you are not allowed to drink alcohol if you are under 18 years old. In the tent beer and wine will not be served to people under 18. Alcohol will be served in a restricted area of the tent. No cheating - it leads to closing down the entertainmaent tent by the authorities. In the tent there is a sound system available and a scene. The Yacht Club restaurant Pavis is open every night as well. Age limit 18. 

Sunday 20.00          Get together

Entertainment tent. Every team is supposed to make a 5 minutes show. After all teams have done their shows our DJ plays the music you bring with you. Bring a CD with music in YOUR language!                                  

Monday                  Barbeque Party at the island Mässkär 

Tuesday 20.00         Music Evening

Entertainment tent, Local music band

 

Wednesday 20.00    Public Garden Party           

Music program with a local music band.This public happening will take place downtown in the School Garden. 

Thursday 19.00       Beach Volley Ball Tournament

Public beach next to the Yacht Club. DJ evening in the entertainment tent

Friday 19.00            Trustees and Team Leaders Meeting

Yacht Club, Entertainment tent. DJ evening. 

Saturday 20.00        Prize Giving & Farewell Party

Entertainment tent. Local music band
